Good morning – happy Friday! I truly had one of the best weekends I’ve had in a LONG time and feel like I got so much done.. I was honestly feeling very uninspired the other night but after spending time with my day diary, I am back and have all of my creative juices flowing again once I’ve gotten myself and my priorities in order!
Anyways, today I’m sharing a post I’ve wanted to do for at least a year or so… a Trader Joe’s haul. Top 5 I Always Reach For:
Chicken Sausage Burrito – I came across these about a year ago and I am hooked! As someone who is NOT a breakfast burrito person, TJ hit it out the park with these ones – chicken sausage, eggs, potatoes…yum. I put mine in the oven on 350F for 22 mins.
Southwestern Chopped Salad – My favorite TJ’s bagged salad – hands down. All the ingredients are so good and pair well together, I love adding fresh chicken breast and avocado to fill me up.
Orange Chicken – Oh boy, I could eat this stuff every day. Just try it and thank me later! Throw in an egg with vegetable fried rice and you’re good to go!
Vegan Pesto – I love this more than the regular stuff and it is so yummy! I use it the most with ground turkey, parmesan and brown rice, but it’s also good with chicken and pasta – just add some fresh lemon.
Go-Macro Bars – we all have those mornings or days where we are running around and don’t have the time for an actual meal. These are my absolute favorite bars I’ve found recently! Everlasting Joy is my current favorite flavor. I keep them in the fridge and prefer them cold, but you may not.
